The purpose of the annual Green Week event is to provide the appropriate environment for the different stakeholders to share experiences and strategies to promote and motivate the "circular economy" among the general public. Green Week 2014 took place between 3 - 5 June, and was attended by over 2000 people. The event was organized by DG Environment, while the specific session regarding carbon dioxide re-use was organized by DG Climate.
