Following the publication of the SET Plan Roadmap on Education and Training earlier in the year, the accompanying document containing the assessments and contributions from the expert working groups has also been made available.

This collection of reports provides background information supporting the recommendations put forward in the SET Plan Roadmap on Education and Training. The findings and recommendations of the experts involved in each working group were compiled following a process of consultation on the current situation, ongoing activities in the education and training domain, and needs and gaps regarding their respective technology field.

The SET Plan Roadmap on Education and Training addresses the human resource challenge for the energy research and innovation sector and constitutes an integral part of the SET Plan agenda. It puts forward recommendations for key education and training activities to advance the provision of adequate human capital and to assist the development of the necessary cooperation frameworks among academia, research institutes and business.
