[CHECK AGAINST DELIVERY] Mr. President,My colleagues, Miguel, Violeta,Distinguished Members of this House,I am delighted to address you on the first Plenary since we adopted the 3rd Mobility Package. This was the last set of proposals under the Energy Union and I'm proud that we managed to deliver on this ambitious project well ahead of the end of the mandate.
