This conference aims to share best practices from Malta and Italy as well as other countries on how to finance energy efficiency investments. It will cover, among others, experience gained with the use of private funds and innovative financing instruments, notably in the building and industry sectors. Speakers will focus on practical insights into developing and structuring investment programmes.
