Today, INEA is hosting a workshop gathering twelve Smart Cities and Communities projects implementing wide range of smart urban solutions. Within these projects, so-called 'lighthouse cities' test new innovative ideas. If successful, these solutions are then replicated by so-called 'follower cities'.
