How can the use of EU cohesion funds for sustainable heating and cooling in the regional context be improved? This session aims at sharing experiences about best practices and barriers to access cohesion funds. It follows two workshops held in May 2018 on the heating and cooling initiative of the smart specialisation platform for energy. The presenters are regional representatives or experts working in the field of financing. Other attendants are welcome to join the discussion and share their experiences too.
